Amy is the founding member of Law Offices of Amy Holzman PLLC (LOAH), which was established in 1999. Amy structures estate and gift tax plans for a wide range of clients. She also represents executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in probate, estate and trust administration. She regularly lectures to various groups on an array of estate issues. Amy has decades of experience in this field and started her career at Debevoise & Plimpton in their trusts & estates group.

Michael Abel

Senior Attorney
Michael Abel

Michael is a senior attorney at the Law Offices of Amy Holzman, PLLC. He is responsible for advising and drafting complex estate, gift and tax planning matters, and consulting with trustees and executors. Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the legal, banking and financial services industries with a focus on estate planning and trust administration. He began his legal career at a trust and estates law firm in New York City and then served as a Vice President at U.S. Trust Company (formerly Merrill Lynch Trust Company) and Orange Bank & Trust Company where he was formerly responsible for the management and administration of a diverse group of trust accounts.

Yuanting Marisa Yang

Associate Attorney
Yuanting Marisa Yang

Marisa is an associate attorney at the Law Office of my Holzman PLLC. Her practice includes estate planning and administration for a broad range of clients, including implementing complex gift and estate tax strategies. A native Chinese speaker, Ms. Yang has guided clients in successfully solving China related estate issues, especially involving real estate, by using her broad experience, creative foresight, and proactive attitude.

Marisa also has extensive experience in every aspect of the real estate industry, as well as closing bank loans for various lending institutions. Before joining Law Office of my Holzman PLLC, Ms. Yang has worked in several premier New York law firms. Ms. Yang is also a frequent lecturer for professional organizations on issues relating to real estate transactions and has been interviewed by TV shows as a real estate legal expert.

Nicholas J. Orbon

Nicholas drafts wills, trusts, health care proxies, living wills, memorial instructions, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Nicholas daily assists clients on various probate and estate administration matters. ​
